As a photographer, I'm not just someone who shows up to shoot your wedding or portraits...it goes far beyond that, into a personal relationship. Last month I photographed Garrett & Staci's wedding at the beautiful Castle Falls in Oklahoma City. The weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding!

As a couple, they opted out of the traditional schedule of not seeing each other before the wedding. Photographers often call this the "first look" photos. It allows us to get great photos of them as a couple before the ceremony starts, without of the fear of running behind schedule or feeling rushed to get to the reception after the ceremony.
